Qualifications

  • This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in certified payroll processes and a keen eye for detail
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in certified payroll processing
  • Proficiency with LCP Tracker is essential
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Required Work Hours
  • The position requires working standard business hours, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • The Certified Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll operations
  • Manage certified payroll with at least 2 years of experience in handling such tasks
  • Utilize LCP Tracker for tracking labor compliance and payroll management
  • Ensure all payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain and update payroll records accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to address any discrepancies or issues
  • Provide support in audits and prepare necessary documentation for compliance purposes
  • Assist in developing and implementing payroll best practices and procedures
